Admission Procedure and Application Deadlines for Aeronautical Engineering
Eligibility:-
Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Maths ' PCM is necessary. After Class XII Aeronautical Engineering can be pursued with mechanical and electronics branches as specialized areas of study. Further specialization can be pursued at the post-graduate level. After Class XII one can also opt for a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance engineering. Diploma holders can acquire degrees on clearing the exams of the Aeronautical Society of India.
The candidates are selected through a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted in January and May every year. Some colleges conduct their own entrance tests and have minimum requirements for sitting in the entrance exam.
